STANDARDS FOR QUALITY STAFF
- Minimum of two years current experience in area of practice for RNs and LPNs
- Minimum of 1 year of current experience for CNAs and CMAs
- Current license in good standing with active status
- Criminal background check
- Rigorous attendance standards enforced
- Complete skills assessment per specialty
- Clinical testing of all applicants upon hire
- Joint Commission certified
