Credentialing/Compliance Department

Pamela Ring, Credentialing/Compliance Manager

Pam has been with GrapeTree Medical Staffing, Inc. since May 2004. Her 30 years of experience has taken the credentialing department to the highest standards in per diem staffing. Dena Knapp, Senior Credentialing/Compliance Specialist

Dena has been with GrapeTree since May 2005. She was in staffing for a while and has now moved to the credentialing department.She is also a current Certified Nursing Assistant. She makes sure all HCPs profiles are current and up to the standards of OSHA, JCAHO along with following the CDC guidelines. Dena is also the HealthStream Administrator, so any questions you may have on this she will have the answer or she will dedicate her time until she finds the answer. Lucy Zimmerman Credentialing/Payroll Assistant

Lucy has been with GrapeTree since August 2005.  She assists with helping keep HCP credentials up to date.  She also processes timesheets for the Payroll Department.  Lucy and her husband, Steve, reside in Milford.
